Description
TMD series mold sweat dehumidifiers are primarily used in plastic molding to prevent the moisture from condensing on the surface of mould. Moisture condensation happens when the temperature of mould surface is lower than the dew point temperature of the air, and is due to the use of chilled water for reducing the cycle time of moulding, particularly moulding of PET preforms. Moisture condensation will not only have a negative impact on the product quality and production efficiency, but also corrode the mold surface, thereby causing environmental pollution.

This series of industrial dehumidifier uses honeycomb rotor system for carrying out dehumidifying operations, so that the surrounding air of mould remains at a low dew point temperature ranging from +5℃ to -10℃. Our mold sweat dehumidifier can provide constant low dew point surrounding air without being influenced by season. This plays a significant role in reducing defective rate.
