Description
TVM-U series vertical mixers are mainly used to mix and blend plastic materials. The design of this vertical batch mixer is slightly different from other mixers, as it is designed with mixing screws and cylinder at its center. When mixing, the materials will be sucked towards the screw by vortex, which is generated by mixing blades. Then the materials whirl upward to the top and fall down, so that even mixing can be realized in a short period with reduced energy. All surfaces that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel to ensure no contamination of materials. Three models (80U, 160U and 300U) are available.

5. TVM-80U~300U vertical batch mixers are designed with telescopic bracket and non-slip castors.
6. Suction pipe can be mounted on each side of mixing barrel to facilitate material feeding.
7. Our vertical plastic mixers comply with European standards and are certified by CE.

Application
TVM-U series vertical mixers are mainly used to mix and blend plastic materials. TVM-U series can’t be used to deal with plastic powder and different kinds of food, chemicals, and inflammables, explosives and volatile materials.
