This gravimetric dosing blender feeds according to two measurement methods:
• A. in the weight measurement case, the feed material control is realized by cylinder injecting the closed bucket.
• B. in the case of the screw weight measurement, the one-body stainless steel screw feeder is used to feed materials.
• When the quantity of raw material is more than 1Kg (inclusive), it is controlled by cylinder valve of closed control of material feeding.
• When the quantity of raw material is lower than 1Kg, it is controlled by frequency metering screw. Including the ready-mixed horizontal mixing system.
• New, horizontal pre-mixing blender
• Expandable to 8-stage model with 4-stage model (G-type) featuring closed cylinder control valve plus 4-stage model (S-type) featuring inverter-controlled measurement screw
• Weight bin: 5kg/batch, 10kg/batch, 20kg/batch
• 10 formula memory
• Automatically, repeatedly corrects program after each batch-weighing
• Model 500 and smaller are attached with 75LT buffer tank; larger than 500 models are attached with 100LT buffer tank (including window display, level sensor, and loader box)
